News at your Library...

A new website feature

December 3, 2007 - New to the website, we've added New Items Browsing Boxes so you may see a selection of the newest items we've purchased for the library. On the front page, is a selection of this week's new books. If you don't have time to browse everything and would like to find new books on a favourite topic, you will quickly find new books just in a specific topic area by visiting the topic section in the My Life , My Research and Literacy sections (green buttons at the top of this page) and browsing the book covers there.

Suggestions for Purchase

November 19, 2007 - Your library welcomes purchase suggestions from you. Are there books you've heard about that you think we should have, but don't?  Suggestions for Purchase is a way for you to suggest to us what items you believe we should have in our collections. We consider each suggestion thoughtfully when deciding whether or not to purchase the item. You may find the Suggestions for Purchase form in the Ask Us section and also linked from the front page of the catalogue. Please check the Library Catalogue before making any suggestions!
