Meditation has been known to humans and practiced since the ancient times. Since it was re-introduced to the Western world a few decades ago numerous scientific studies confirmed its benefits. We know it is working and promoting good health. There are many kinds of meditations: Buddhist, Hindu, Mindfulness, Loving-kindness, mantra and yogi meditations….there are sitting and walking meditations – everybody can find something for themselves. No matter which one is your choice – it be beneficial for your health and general wellbeing.
