Make Your Mark - Teen Bookmark Design Contest Rules
- Eligibility: This Teen Bookmark Design Contest (contest) is open to residents of London, Ontario and surrounding counties (Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford county – excluding the towns of Tillsonburg and Woodstock) between the ages of 12-18 years. Entrants who do not meet these eligibility requirements and/or whose entries do not comply with all provisions of these Rules will not be eligible to win a prize.
- Ineligible Persons: Employees of London Public Library over the age of 18 years.
