We are not accepting volunteer applications at this time.

All locations of London Public Library are closed until further notice.

We will provide updates on volunteering once it has been determined when the Library will be able to re-open.

Public Library Boards are governing boards, legal corporations with the authority to make policy and to govern the library’s affairs under the Public Libraries Act, RSO 1990, c. P.44. As such, the London Public Library (LPL) Board has direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining library policy.

How to Provide Input to Your Library Board as a Delegation.

The London Public Library (LPL) wants input from the public about its services, policies and issues.

Meeting Schedule

The library board meets on Thursday evenings once a month in the Friends of the Library Board Room at Central Library (unless otherwise noted). The Board Room is located on the 3rd floor of Central Library near the top of the stairs. All are welcome.

Public session begins at 5:30 pm (unless otherwise noted).
