Across Languages Translation Service
Across Languages Translation and Interpretation Service in London is a non-profit, charitable organization that provides trained interpreters (in 40 languages) and translators (for 80 languages) to community agencies, government, professionals and businesses so they can provide service to non-English speaking clients, patients or employees. institutions.
Cross Cultural Learner Centre
Free classes across the city are available to immigrants and refugees through the LINC program. Federal funding, administered by the Cross Cultural Learner Centre, enables newcomers who plan to live in Canada to get English language instruction. An assessment is given by the Cross Cultural Learner Centre at 505 Dundas Street. Then newcomers are assigned to the location most convenient for them: Wheable, YMCA in Citi Plaza, Centre for Lifelong Learning (St.Patrick’s Campus), The Canadian Chinese National Council, or the Richmond Street School.

London Language Institute
Our class sizes do not exceed 12 students which enables a high level of class participation and one-on-one interaction with the ESL instructor. Programs are offered that aid students in their plans for attending a university or college in Canada or the US. Additional programs are designed for students who require the knowledge of the English language for business purposes. Other students simply wish to experience a new language, and a new culture. Learning English with the CBC
The goal is to help new Canadians enhance what they know about our country, from the making of maple syrup to the history of the nation at war. New Canadians will build their English skills by watching and listening to interesting stories from the archives of CBC Television and CBC Radio.
