COVID-19 ALERT

The Summer of COVID-19 Zine (11+)

What are you writing or drawing during this pandemic? Share your creative expressions during this singular summer and be part of documenting history. Art, poetry, journal entries, short stories, first chapters welcome. Submissions will be compiled into a publication that will be added to London Public Library’s collection in the fall. Submit online until Friday October 9 using the form below.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submit your work using the form below (If under 16 please also complete the consent form)
  • All content must be original
  • By submitting work, you grant London Public Library the right to publish that work in print or online
  • Ownership rights of original work remain with the creator
  • Submissions including obscene language, hate speech, exclusionary language, or excessively graphic depictions of sexual encounters and violence will NOT be published
  • We are unable to accept audio or video format
  • Submitting work does not guarantee publication
  • We will send a digital copy of the zine to all participants

As parent or guardian of the child listed above, I give permission for my child’s (listed above) creative content to be used for London Public Library’s non-commercial purposes, such as, but not limited to, online through social media channels or published in physical and/or digital forms and made available to be borrowed from London Public Library. I understand that last names will not be used on London Public Library’s website or social media.
