Storytimesbabies looking at books

Storytimes are a well-loved tradition at the Library. They encourage a life-long love of books and reading, promote early literacy, and introduce young children and their parents or caregivers to age-appropriate books, rhymes and songs in a fun and interactive setting.

At London Public Library, we offer three different kinds of storytime sessions. Find the one that works best for you and join us for the fun.

Books for Babies (birth to 12 months) – Stories, songs, tickles and bouncing rhymes

Storytime (1 year and older) – Stories, rhymes, songs and other fun activities

Family and Friends Storytime (all ages) - Stories, songs, rhymes and more.

Plus, watch for special storytimes offered at various times during the year.

Parents or caregivers attend storytime with their children. At some locations, registration may be required.  This can be done in person, by phone or online.
