The London Public Library has lots to offer secondary school teachers!
We know that students use both the school library and the public library to research assignments and choose reading material, and by working together we can help to provide your students with the best possible educational experience.
Curriculum Support – 24/7!
Class Visits

We invite you to bring your class to the any Library location so that they can become familiar with the services and resources we offer. Or, we can arrange to visit your class. Book online and student library card information.
Types of Visits
Book an interactive visit for your class to learn how to find magazine and newspaper articles in online databases, use the library catalogue effectively, and use our links to trusted and recommended websites for research.
Let us show your students what the library has to offer – highlights of our website, programs and services for teens, and resources for assignments. We will show them around the library and time can be left to browse and borrow items.
We will introduce your students to new and classic authors that appeal to both advanced and reluctant readers. We will present recommended books and will show them how to use NoveList, an online database.
Need something else? We can always customize a visit to support your current project or class focus to meet the needs of your students.
