There is a place you can go.

The Office of the Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD) opened in 2009. The OIPRD is an arms-length agency of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, staffed entirely by civilians.  Its decisions are independent, separate from the government, the police and the community. In some cases the OIPRD will also investigate a public complaint.  For more information, contact:
