London Public Library continues its ongoing vision of creating a place for reading, studying, thinking, dreaming, meeting and playing. The library is a place to learn – with knowledgeable staff and access to information resources. We are a place to browse and borrow books, DVDs and CDs, read a magazine, use a public computer, research and study, meet with friends, or access free wireless Internet service.

Stoney Creek Branch Library is a great family destination – a place to play, interact and learn together. We have a fun and lively children’s area filled with items to borrow, future programming for children and teens, and a Teen Annex with books, CDs, graphic novels and DVDs just for teens. Come and enjoy!

Our state-of-the-art building is located in a beautiful green setting where the urban space integrates and merges with the natural environment. The building meets LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold specifications with its environmentally sustainable design features focusing on water conservation, energy efficiency and healthy indoor environments.

London Public Library is committed to environmentally conscious initiatives, as well as the tradition of providing library services to the people of London. With our community partners, the City of London and YMCA of Western Ontario, we bring into practice a vision for a new public building implementing green design features and operational practices while serving the cultural, recreational and leisure needs of the community.
