  • The Sony Wi-Fi PRS-T1 requires a Sony ID rather than an Adobe ID

Ebooks and Audiobooks Mobile App Update

Coming on May 29, there will be an update available for the app you have downloaded on your iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) and Android devices for reading library eBooks and listening to our downloadable audiobooks.

  • Android Device Users:  This update will follow the same process as any app update.
  • Apple Device Users:  You will be asked to enter the password for your Adobe ID during the update. See the Adobe ID process here.

Note for Audiobook Listeners

Apple device users may receive a 403 error message if they attempt to download parts of an audiobook only partially downloaded before the app update. See help information for how to proceed if you receive a 403 error
