The annual Canadian music awards - The JUNOS - will take place in Ottawa this year on April 1st.  Don't be fooled!  If you think the Canadian music scene is dull check out  the Ottawa Start website.  These past two weeks have been awash in exhibits and parties generating a lot of JUNO buzz as the weekend approaches.  Sunday afternoon, 1-3 pm features the JUNO Songwriters' Circle hosted by four time "j" nominee Dan Mangan. It's the chance for the singers and poets to share their intimate,  creative musical experiences with their fans.  The excitement builds towards the evening when CTV will broadcast the red carpet event starting at 8 pm.  Don't  think it.  Canada's got talent - in spades.  Visit  The JUNOS.
