London Anti-Bullying Coalition : many voices, one vision
The LABC is an independent, non-profit organization, which strives to foster a culture of fairness, respect and equality for all students in every school, thus eliminiating the problem of bullying.  The founders are concerned mothers in London who were brought together by the tragic commonality of their children being bullied while in school. The site has an on-line newsletter and stories of interest. There is also a list of upcoming events and a page of related links.
