Over the next 4 years, we will monitor the achievement of specific results in order to ensure that our strategic priorities are being met. These are some of the specific measures with which we will track the progress of our strategic plan.

  • Increased customer satisfaction levels

  • Increased/high attendance at the Central Library (currently 1 million per year)
