On Monday, March 29, teens had an awesome time at our Teen Make-Up Instruction program at the Teen Annex in Central Library.  We hope our professional make-up artist will return, she really enjoyed sharing her expertise with these adventurous girls who learned everything about choosing & applying make-up.
