The Yin and Yang of Anxiety and Depression: a Holistic Perspective on Mood Disorders-CANCELLED

Join us on Wednesday, May 4 at 7 pm in the Stevenson & Hunt room A for a talk by a local naturopathic doctor Richard Vuksinic who will discuss Tradicional Chinese Medicine and Naturopathy in relation to mood disorders. Learn how accupuncture, herbs and nutrition play an effective role in promoting an integrative approach to mental health.

The event is free and no registration is requiered.

Nutritional Approach to Mental Health - Health Regained!

Come and join us for the part two of the Nutritional Approach to Mental Health on Wednesday, May 12 at 7 pm in the Stevenson & Hunt room in Central Library. Lorraine Stuyt, ND will be talking about Health Regained. She will look at the specific nutritional deficiencies related to depression and anxiety, and explain how nutritional therapy could improve symptoms, under the guidance of a health practitioner.
