Book Club in a Bag
- A bag with up to 10 softcover copies of a book suitable for book club discussion, as well as audiobook and large print versions where available
- A selection of over 150 titles
To find an available title:
- Browse the selection of titles below and click on a title to check when it will be available,
OR - Use the drop-down menu to select the week when you want to receive a bag. Available titles for that date will be displayed below
- Request a title by clicking on the book you want, and then fill out the form located below the book's description. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours once library staff have processed your request
OR - Stop by your neighbourhood branch for assistance requesting a title.
OR - Call the library at 519-661-4600 to book, cancel, or change a request.
- Don't forget to leave time for your book club to read the book before your meeting!
- Bags can be reserved up to 6 months in advance.
- Please allow a minimum of five business days between requesting a title and its arrival at a branch location.
- 6 week loan period
- Bags cannot be renewed
- Sign out a bag with your London Public Library card
- Limit of 2 bags per person can be checked out at once
- All items must be borrowed and returned with the bag
