Obesity is not only an American epidemic. It reaches out to the most remote corners of the globe. This documentary gives an overview of shocking statistics, ethical and moral implications, public policies and government programs contributing to the problem, features interviews with doctors, activists, politicians and provides moving stories of struggling young people.
