Here it is. Another diet book? Well, not exactly. This is a guide to a healthier you, to a healthier lifestyle. The first part of the book explains the raw food diet. Part two presents a 15-day plan with all the recipes. Here you will find a lot of delicious shakes both sweet and savory, which are called soups. Part three, the shortest one and called "The Rest of the Story" gives some guick advice, a few more recipes, even for your face mask. Included is a metric conversions table. The book provides a lot of references to other books and articles on the topic.
