Happy Robbie Burns Day!!  Did you know that:

1. After Queen Victoria and Christopher Columbus, Robert Burns (January 25, 1759 to July 21, 1796) has more statues dedicated to him around the world than any other non-religious figure.

2. Auld Lang Syne, written by Robbie Burns, is the third most popular song in the English language, after Happy Birthday and For He's a Jolly Good Fellow.

3. London, Ontario had a Burns Club from 1940 to 2010.

Submitted by Arthur whose great great great grandparents were born in Glagow, Scotland.
