Find your way in everyday life through psychology

Finding Your Way - psychology lecture series is here again. Starting Saturday, February 2 you will have a choice of twelve talks to attend.

Our guests, UWO doctoral students from department of Psychology prepared a wide range of topics from emotions (Emotion Regulation: keeping emotions in check), through behaviour (Relationships: why we behave the way we do) to food and diet (The What and the Why of Food and Diet). One of the first talks will be on, growing in popularity, Mindfulness Meditation. Parents may want to listen about "Aggression and Bullying among Children and Youth" and "0-60 in 20 seconds - HELP!: parent and teacher strategies for avoiding Youth meltdowns." Everybody will find something interesting.
