Breathe Well, Get Well, Stay Well

Join us on Thursday, September 5 at 7 pm in the Stevenson & Hunt room in Central Library for this great session on breathing and stress management Breathe Well, Get Well, Stay Well. Ami Soni and Aditya Mahajan are traveling the world as the volunteers of the Art of Living Foundation, dedicated to creating a Stress-Free, Violence-Free, One-World Family,  for the last 10 years. They  teach stress management programs, including the Sudarshan Kriya, the life-transforming breathing practice founded by Sri Sri Shankar, the founder of the Art of Living. Come and check how conscious breathing and meditation can change your life!

Another program with Ami and Aditya: Mental Health through Breath and Meditation will be on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 11 am in the Stevenson & Hunt room, Central Library. This program is desigend especially for the needs of formal caregivers who work in crisis, mental health , addictions.
