Allan Stratton coming to Words this Saturday

Come hear Allan Stratton read from his latest novel, The Dogs, a chilling psychological thriller for young adults this Saturday, November 7.  The Dogs is getting rave reviews and has been recently nominated for a 2016 Carnegie Medal!

Join Allan Stratton on Saturday, November 7, at 2 pm in the Good Foundation Theatre, Fanshawe College, Centre for Digital and Performance Arts, 137 Dundas Street.

Allan Stratton is an award winning, internationally published and produced playwright and novelist. He is the acclaimed author of Chanda's Secrets, an American Library Association Michael L. Printz Honor Book, an ALA Booklist's Editor's Choice, winner of the Children's Africana Book Award, and many others. In 2010, Chanda's Secrets was made into the award-winning film Life, Above All. His other books include Leslie’s Journal, Borderline andThe Grave Robber's Apprentice which was nominated for the Governor General's Literary Award. Curse of the Dream Witch was the winner of the Canadian Library Association Book of the Year.
