The psychology of everyday life

Finding Your Way 2016 – A lecture series on the psychology of everyday life is here again. Once more we have here in the Central Library our guests from Western University, doctoral students from the Psychology Department with ten talks given over three days. Join us on Wednesdays  February 3 and February 10 evenings and Saturday February 6 all day in the Stevenson & Hunt room A of theCentral Library and find a topic you might be interested in. There is a wide selection of subjects from stress and healthy cognitive aging through depression and mindfulness, relationships and criminal justice system  to mental health help and support in families and institutions. The talks are free and no registration is required. Meantime check our collection and find interesting reading on stress, healthy aging, mindfulness or relationships.
