They Both Die at the End

By Adam Silveira

Review by Isabelle Zheng, Teen Advisory Council

Two people walking with NYC skyline in the background On behalf of everyone here at Death-Cast, we are so sorry to lose you. Live this day to the fullest, okay? They Both Die at the End beautifully portrays the sheer vulnerability and power of human beings, along with how a single friendship can change one’s entire life in a short day. They Both Die at the End, published 2017, is one Adam Silvera’s best known books along with More Happy Than Not, published in 2015, and What if It’s Us, published in 2018. It takes place in a dystopia where a company called Death-Cast calls people to warn them of their death 24 hours before it happens.
