Another wonderful Brit mystery series
15 March 2013 - 3:15pmI only 'discovered' Deborah Crombie last year when I read No Mark Upon Her. (I loved it) I have been eagerly awaiting the next entry in her Duncan Kincaid/ Gemma James series. The Sound of Broken Glass (#15) is newly released.
Kincaid and James are husband and wife and both work for Scotland Yard. Duncan is staying at home right now with their three year old daughter and Gemma is heading up her first big murder case.
Another great British series
18 January 2013 - 4:32pmI first 'discovered'Susan Hill about this time last year when I read The Betrayal of Trust - the sixth in her Simon Serrailler Crime novels. I was really looking forward to her latest - A Question of Identity - and I wasn't disappointed!
A decidedly different mystery series
16 March 2012 - 3:03pm A Room Full of Bones is the newly released fourth book in Elly Griffith's Ruth Galloway series.
How have I missed this great series!?
9 March 2012 - 4:07pm I knew Deborah Crombie's name and was aware that she wrote a British based detective series, but she was an author I hadn't experienced - until I raced my way through her latest book - No Mark Upon Her. And I'm kickin
Dark and devious plotting....
