Finding Your Way 2016 – A lecture series on the psychology of everyday life is here again. Once more we have here in the Central Library our guests from Western University, doctoral students from the Psychology Department with ten talks given over three days.
Finding Your Way - psychology lecture series is here again. Starting Saturday, February 2 you will have a choice of twelve talks to attend.
Come and join us for the part two of the Nutritional Approach to Mental Health on Wednesday, May 12 at 7 pm in the Stevenson & Hunt room in Central Library. Lorraine Stuyt, ND will be talking about Health Regained. She will look at the specific nutritional deficiencies related to depression and anxiety, and explain how nutritional therapy could improve symptoms, under the guidance of a health practitioner.
